ABSTRACT
The research was on Impact of Relationship
Marketing on Banks performance in Abia State. The study was guided by the
following objectives; examines the Effect of relationship marketing on Bank's
growth, examine the relationship marketing on customers patronage. Examine the
problems associated with the practice of relationship marketing the study
adopted a sample size of 101 computed from a population of 135 using Taro
Yamen's method. Questionnaire was used for data collected and ample percentage
and least square regression and correlation models was used to analyze the data
collected. The study concluded that marketers must know their customers, impact
with them having organized collection of comprehensive information about customers
and relation marketing request a careful co-ordination in a wholly banking
effort to create value location satisfying relationship with important
customers and thus recommended the marketing mix management concept, bank
satisfy the financial needs of customers knowing that they are the main active
of the organization.
