Evaluation Of International Business Policies On Nigerian International Business (2002-2013):- Emmanuel Princewill U
ABSTRACT
This study analyzed the role of international
business policies on the international business of Nigeria. This study is imperative
because of the growing call for international partnership and cooperation to
foster international business and economic development. This study has four
specific objectives which are to analyze the trend , in international business
and international business policies, examine the effect of international
business policies on international business and effect of international
business and policies on economic growth of Nigeria. The data of this work was
collected from the statistical bulletin of CBN from 2002- 2013.The tools used
include tread analysis and multiple regression analysis international business
policies was measured by the degree of business openness and structural
adjustment policy ofthe government, the international business was measured by
the import and export and economy proxies by the gross domestic product. It was
found that the international business policies of the country had a significant
effect on the international business of the economy. It therefore recommends
that the government should formulate policies that will foster international
business policies and enhance international business and growth of the economy.
