Evaluation Of Service Delivery In Nigeria Banks: A Study Of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc (GTBANK)
ABSTRACT
This work examines the service delivery in Nigerian banks: a
study of Guarantee Trust Bank Plc (GTBank). A number of hypothesis were
postulated, data for the study were collected through primary and secondary
source. The data were analyzed using simple descriptive statistics and ordinary
least square regression model. The result obtained showed that there is a
positive impact of service delivered by banks on the deposit. This implies that
there is a significant relationship between the socioeconomic characteristics
of bank marketing staff and level of patronage.
