Effect Of Product Quality On Consumer Brand Loyalty (A Study Of 7up Bottling Company, Aba) In Abia State Nigeria
ABSTRACT
This work title "Effect of
Product Quality on Consumer Brand Loyalty (A Study of 7Up Bottling Company,
Aba,) in Abia State, Nigeria" the major problem, which this study seeks to
examine the inadequate machinery from the company's maintenance and lack of
social amenities. The primary purpose of this study is to measure the. product
quality on soft drink brands in Nigeria with an emphasis on 7Up Bottling
Company Aba. In carrying out this research work, related literatures were
reviewed, the use of questionnaires and interview were employed to source data
that aided the findings at this work. In testing the hypothesis, chi-square
test statistics were used. Efforts were made to identity the principles
underlying 7Up Bottling Company. It was found that appropriate sugar and gas
content, price general quality of the brands, and other reasons not disclosed
by the respondents were observed in enhancing the stimulation of consumer
loyalty. Recommendation were also made.
