ABSTRACT

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is computer based application software used in the acquisition, manipulation and storage of data. CRM is currently a very important area due to its economic impact in an organization. It is undergoing notable purpose from the technological points of view. An effective CRM environment is highly complex as it combines different types of system: data warehouse, business, intelligence, data mining, electronic commerce etc. however, the legal aspects of CRM; the laws affecting it among others cannot be taken into account when implementing a 0 CRM system. This project considers both new and existing user so it is quite flexible for anyone to use. In this project, forms were created for customer details, employee details, login, call register, credit account, customer account report, query and SMS using Visual Basic 6.0 Programming language. This project generates different reports to customer and can send SMS message to customer with their details, specified by the call center department.
