ABSTRACT

A mobile app management system for personal finances, budgeting, and expense tracking provides an innovative and efficient approach to managing finances in real time. Mobile app management system for personal finances, budgeting and expense tracking applications are software tools designed to help users manage their financial activities. It has revolutionized the way individuals handle their money. These tools offer a comprehensive suite of features designed to simplify budgeting, expense tracking, saving, investing, and financial planning. The problem statement of this research focus on lack of security and privacy of user data, handling sensitive financial information raises privacy concerns, lack of strong passwords and secure login methods, such as biometric, any breach of trust can lead to damage for the application providers, strict privacy policies, misclassified transactions, missing data or synchronization errors can affect the reliability of the information provided, the multitude of features and a learning curve, make it difficult for users to fully utilize the application's capabilities. The project focuses on the development of the mobile app management system for personal finances, budgeting and expense tracking app. The objectives of this research are to develop a platform for mobile app management system for personal finances, budgeting and expense tracking apps, build a database structure used to store data. create a module used to open admin page, design a platform for registration page, design a platform used to calculate personal monthly live budget, design a platform that enter budget and capture expense and design a platform that display monthly budget. The project was realized through the adoption of primary and secondary sources of data collection which includes interview, observation, questionnaire and surfing the net. The research methodology used is spiral model. The system is implemented by using Html, PHP and java script and MYSQL for the database. The results showed that the system addresses the challenges by optimizing tools for tracking income, expenses and are essential companions on the journey towards financial stability, security and prosperity
