Time Series Analysis Of Import Trade By Month In Nigeria From (2001-2005)
ABSTRACT
The aim and objectives of this study
is to asthmatically model that could be used to predict reliable and dependable
future values of Nigeria import trade. This study estimates and isolated the
components of the time series existing in the data. The isolation was done
using both the additive and multiplicative models. The data for the study was
collected from the statistical year bulletin, and it covers the period of
2001-2005 on monthly basis. Time series existing iii the data. After the
analysis 1)0th the additive and multiplicative models provided a good forecast
for the work.
