ABSTRACT
The National Youth Services Corps (NYSC) is an organization
that recruits young graduates as corps members once or twice a year for
national service in .Nigeria and give details of the corps members to other
organization, the government agencies as well as the general public through a
general publication in the form of a magazine which is usually done after each
service year. This magazine consists of evidences and the experiences of corps
members during their services year as well as their photograph, school details
and contacts. This research work, "an E-magazine Portal for Editing and
Publication" tends to discuss and explore the difficulties and challenges
involved in the process of putting up these magazines and as well suggested the
better ways through its objectives. The research also exposed the flaws in the
usage of the various magazines that has been published all through years and
how the usage of the proposed system tends to cover those flaws and as well
pin-point the importance of these publications. Qualitative research
methodology was used for data collection and this includes interview, review of
the current system and also observation.
