ABSTRACT
The computer revolution is in vogue
and we are in the electronic information exchange age. It is fast changing the
way and means of life. The adequate use of computer system has shown that it
increases efficiency, effectiveness in this world; no doubt every aspects life
is embracing it. The institution is not left behind hence, the need to get an
online help Desk for facilities management has become inevitable. This is the
reason why the manual management of facilities in MOUAU was thoroughly analyzed
during the researchers investigation phase; a lot of information regarding the
tousling system was obtained using interview, questionnaire and observation.
The process associated with the system and the problem affecting the entire
system was observed, in the implementation of the new system, It was observed
that facilities were not adequately maintained and a lot of damages were
administered. The website contains several information services and enquire
pages designed using HTML and visual ASP basic. Net, as the development platform.
The project outlines the motivation to the study, stating the draw backs of the
present system and the need for the proposed system as past of the system
Development process, the system analysis of the existing system was carried
