Design And Implementation Of Customer Order Processing System A Case Study Of Rotic Manufacturing Company (Lagos Branch, Nig)
ABSTRACT
This project work was carried out to reveal the importance
of computer processing system in the area of customer's order delivery service.
Owing to the setback in using single file structure we wrote the project
proposal, which aims at reducing the time of processing a single customers
order. In view ;f achieving this purpose, we did designed nine forms of variable
inputs atid outputs using visual basic environnieiit and developmeiit tools.
Because f the powerful effects of visual basic in managerial and database
softwar:, we decided to use it as our implementation tool. The daVase was
separately done in another Microsoft program known as Micros.. access where we
did created the various tables and the database it self which was finally
linked through ODBC to the main development tool (visual i,asic) In genetal,
the entire work was sunmiarized iii six chapters with chapter one, two
discussing the project foundation, the case study, aims / objectives and
literatu review. Chapte. three and four reveals the system analysis and design
of the work. The in plementation was done in chapter five and chapter six
finally concluded the work.
