ABSTRACT

This research project focused on the impact of government regulatory policies on the performance ofbusiness organization. The problems identified were taxation, interest rate, legal demand, price central, quality control, monetary policies. In the study, the populations ofthe study were 200. The researcher used simple random sampling and the sample size was determined using Taro Yamane formula. The method of data collection used was primary and secondary data. The primary was collected through questionnaire, interviews ad observation. The secondary data was collectedfrom text hooks, journal, news papers, internet and library. In presentation and analysis of data generated. The tools used the hypothesis formulated. The findings reveal that government regulatory policies do not have much effect on business operations. For the purpose ofthis paper, the population ofstudy was chosen to be 400 which comprise Managers, Senior andjunior staffofNigerian breweries PLCAba. The sample size (n) for the number ofquestionnaire that will be distributed in the enterprise will be determined using the Taro- Yamani formulae to determine samples. The data used in this study was obtainedfrom both primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained directform field study using questionnaire. The method of data analysis adopted for this research work comprises of the descriptive, graphical representations and inferential statistics. The descriptive is made up ofthe simple percentages andfrequencies which will be used to analyze the demographic status ofthe respondents while the inferential statistics will include the correlationfor texting the hypothesis. On the /indings, the researchers, therefore recommended that government should decrease tax paid by the public, so that their disposable, income will be increase. If this is adequately done, the aggregate demand will again coincide with the aggregate supply atfull employment income level.
