ABSTRACT

The abstract of a research study on the development of a personal finance management mobile application provides a concise overview ofthe project's scope, objectives, methodologies, and key findings. In this abstract, the project's primary goal was to design and create a user-centric application that empowers individuals to effectively manage their finances. The study adopted ' Agile development methodologies to ensure flexibility and user engagement throughout the development process. Key features included income and expense tracking, budget management, savings and investments management, and financial goal setting. Robust security measures were implemented to protect user data, and data analysis tools were integrated to provide users with valuable insights into their financial health. The study also identified limitations such as data accuracy challenges and the app's dependency on external services. The Agile development process was used to create the framework for the personal finance management mobile application. Agile is well-known for its adaptability, flexibility, and iterative approach, making it ideal for projects with ongoing user feedback and growing requirements. Agile's primary premise of iterative development is ideal for creating a responsive and user-centric personal finance app. The programming language used for this work is JAVA script using REACT Native as its Frame work.
