ABSTRACT

This study was carried out with the Apples fast foods industry as a study. This work examines the impact of personal selling on the sales volume of fast foods industry. The objective of this study is to find out the effects of personal selling as a promotional tool and its impact on sales. The population of the study was 200, made up of managers, supervisors and other staff and the researcher used random sampling in selecting the sample. Data collection were presented and analyzed, using chi-square (X2) in testing the hypothesis findings. The researcher recommended that the industry (fast foods) should create awareness in order to attract more sales and also to apply marketing concept in their business. This will go to a large extent in creating customers loyalty.
