ABSTRACT

This research work on penetration p1cing strategy a tool for effective marketing of radio services, a study of federation Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Umuahia. The objective of this research wok is to examine how federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria umuahia have used pricinç strategy as a tool for competiveness in the volatile Nigeria marketing environment, and to evaluate the eliectiveness of pricing strategy adopted by Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Umuahia. The researcher used survey desi]n in the work which include primary and secondary data collection. The researcher observed that service marketing focuses on delivery proc;ess, experiences arid intangibitities to target audience rher than physical goods and transaction, it is recommended that Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Urrivahia should embarl< on inhoue :r irg for the marketing department and engage more experience personal to champion organizational goal.
