Investigation Of Customer Relation With Information Communication Technology In Nigeria Money Deposit Banks In Umuahia, Abia State

ABSTRACT

This research evaluates the strength and weakness of ICT on Nigeria money deposit bank. ICT has taken a centre stage in almost every aspect in human endeavour, banking inclusive. The researcher also measured the relationship between JCT usage and customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Data were collected through self administered questionnaires to customers of the sampled banks under review in Umuahia Abia state Nigeria. 200 customers were sampled using purposive sampling technique. Descriptive statistics and correlation were used to analyze the data. It was found put that there is a strong relationship between JCT usage and customer satisfaction. Also, the result of the analyses shows that there was no strong relationship between JCT usage and customer dissatisfaction. Poor responses of management to service failure and internet fraud as well as customer Phobia to JCT determines the level or customer dissatisfaction. The value of the study would offer solution to customer dissonance behavior.
