ABSTRACT

This study was conducted with the ultimate aim of analyzing the impact of integrated marketing communication on organizational performance. The objective of this study was to improve effective communication, maintain steady bargaining among management and workers in the organization. The information used in this study was obtained from two sources, primary and secondary source, chisquare was used to test the hypotheses stated in this study. The research design used in this study was cross sectional survey design, and the sampling procedure used was stratified probability sampling techniques. The researcher used tables and simple percentages as a method of data analysis. Finally the researcher summarized and recommends that the management should maintain a steady bargaining, and effective communication management relation in the organization in order to achieve increase in organizational performance.
