ABSTRACT
The study had examined the effect of 'strategic marketing planning on enhancing effective customer delivery in Ecobank Nigeria Plc. In the course of the study, it was hypothesized that the adoption of strategic marketing planning in the Bank service does enhance effective bank service delivery. A total number of two hundred (200) questionnaires was administered which represents the population of the study. However, after data collection with the use of questionnaire the researcher conducted that strategic marketing planning enhances effective and efficient consumer satisfaction in the banking industry. Thus, the study recommended that strategic marketing planning should be adopted in the banking industry. Not only that of enhancing effective and efficient customer service delivery, but it helps in achieving long-term growth and competitive survival.
