ABSTRACT

This study examined the effect of advertising on organizational turn Over using seven up bottling company Nigeria plc as a case. study employed purposive sampling technique in the selection Of location and respondents. A set of pretested and structu red questionnairc were used to elicit data and information from the respondlents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statist iCS nfl(i multiple regression analysis. Results from the multiple regression analysis revealed that advertising had a significant effect on tLlrnover of the organization. On the basis of the results, the study suggested aiiiongst others, the need for fThms to allocate more funds fbr advertising as a panaceil for enhanced and improved organizational turnover.
