ABSTRACT
The research work examined customer service efficiency among mobile telecommunication user in umuahia. Four mobile telecommunication companies were selected for the study using convenience and judgmental sample selection methods. Data were collected using questionnaire, which was distributed to 150 respondents. The stated hypothesis were tested using the multiple regression model and the result showed that there is a strong relationship between customer service, satisfaction and retention in the communication industry in Nigeria.
