ABSTRACT
In this review work,
the simple descriptive time series analyses was used to decompose the data
obtained into secular trend, seasonal variation, cyclical variation and
irregular component. A traditional model of additive and multiplicative models
were used, from the results; the occurrence of fatal road traffic accident is
neither increasing nor decreasing. The 2006 record of the road traffic accident
was used iii forecasting which seems neither increased nor decreased.
