ABSTRACT
In this work, the measured quality characteristics of Golden Guinea Lagerbeer were considered to construct control charts that could be used to study theproduction processes of Golden Guinea lager beer.Statistical quality control technique used in this work is JIocess control. Itwas care liii ly observed that both the process variability and the process mean of the four quality characteristics of Golden guinea lager beer are relatively stable. But for a more stable p10cess variability and process mean, the points that fall outside the warning and action limits were discarded and the revised control limits constructed. Since ii was concluded that the company operates a relatively stable quality standard (or the product (Golden Guinea lager beer). Then for a more improved quality, the company should consider operating a quality control chart for Golden Guinea Lager beer and some others.
