ABSTRACT

The study of the Evaluation of management Audit and its effect on organizational profitability with particular reference to Nigeria Breweries PLC,  Enugu was aimed at determining if management Audit helps in achieving organizational profitability or not.

This leads to the purpose of this study which includes:

1. Identifying the policy and operational problem areas of the Nigeria Breweries   PLC, Enugu.

2. To evaluate the profitability with which operation are carried out.

3. To consider the advisability of the policies and operational procedures.·                                                    

4. To Evaluate the extent to which management Audit can enhance organizational profitability

5. To recommend efficient policies and operational procedures that will promote manufacturing and administration function,   and minimize costs and waste. Data for this research work was gathered both from primary and secondary sources.  The primary data were collected from the company of my case study while the secondary data  are these that were existence before the need to conduct this research was conceived. Questionnaire and interviews was the  main research instrument used  in collecting the  data. The questionnaire was made up of thirteen  questions which were open-ended and checklist. Random sampling was  the sampling techniques used in drawing the sample from the population. The sample size  used in thiswork was  forty. The statistical method needs  inanalysing the  result of the   information   are the  sample percentage  and   Chi-square methods.
