ABSTRACT
Fluted pumpkin
plant is one of the oil seed crops grown in many tropical countries. However,
post-harvest and physiological losses sets in immediately after harvest, so
attention is given to ways of processing, handling and preserving it in order
to prevent microbial growth or spoilage
