ABSTRACT

 The history of science is replete with instances of constant sociological and economic challenges posed by technical breakthroughs. On the other hand one could equally argue that it had been the sociological factors fomenting such breakthroughs. These research work "human intelligence system" deals with a category of intelligence derived from information collected and provided by human sources. Typical human intelligence system activities consist of interrogations and conversations with persons having access to pertinent information about a particular thing. The research work was explained in five chapters, in chapter one, human intelligence was defined and an overview of it was given, the objective or the aim of the research, the scopes and limitations of the research was also stated and some terms were defined, in chapter two the researcher reviewed literatures that were written in this regards, the basic operations of human intelligence and also the obstacles to the development of human intelligence system was discussed lastly the database management system was discussed in chapter two. Chapter three discussed about the research methodology used system investigation and analysis, the proposed new system and its objectives were also defined. The method of file design, input! output design and specification, the program design, system requirement, system implementation, program testing, program documentation, and then the system is to be maintained to avoid breakdown was discussed in the chapter four. The researcher drew the necessary conclusion in the fifth chapter.
