ABSTRACT
The automatic voltage regulator
AVR) technology have been modify to what. is obtainable today, in today's world
of civilization technology are virtually -the frame-work on 'which civilization
has evolved, electricity charges is the backbone art which technology strives.
It is on {his note that electricity charge generation, distribution, and transmission
requires a device to improve stability, making it reduce over voltage on loss
of load and better system voltage regulator. Automatic voltage regulator is designed
with electronic control circuit technology eliminating voltage surge and
fluctuation to bear minimum, having, powder supply AC regulator where by it
input mains are regulated with a comparator which fed the drivers controlling
the relays that charge the taping of the autotransformer in the system, it is
necessary to develop the electronic control system which regulate power input
in a device or system, and is widely used in electrical power field to obtain
the stability and' good regulation of the electric system. The main objective
of these project work is to modify the AVR technology, construct circuit with improve
overall effectiveness, these include a more accurate measurement of voltage and
current, as well as improving the response time and stem stability of input fluctuating
voltage from 16volts to 230 giving a regulated output voltage of 23L± L5V.
