Comparative Study Of The Teachers And Students Perception Of The Integration Of The Sexuality Education In The Curriculum:- Akanwa, Ursula N
Abstract
The study looked at the comparative viers of
teachers on integration of sexuality education in the curriculum. Three hundred
(300) (200 teachers and 1000 students) were sampled. Three rescarch questions
and here hypotheses were asked and tested respectively. Questionnaires were
used as data collection instruments, percentages and Neere sed to answer
researeh questions and test the hypotheses respectively. Findings derive that
students and teachers vietes did not differ signficantly but those who were
trained differed signficantly from the untrained ones both amongst teachers
students, It is recommended amongst others that the workshops and trainings be
organized to equip both teachers and students on issues in sexuality education.
