Applications of quality control Analysis ot truck soap (A case study of IEA Aba):- Kelechi Opara
ABSTRACT
The major objectives of this work is to construct
a control chart for assessment rd control of quality characteristics of IBA
(Truck soap) which is relevant in lesigning measures aimed at improving the IEA
truck soap product. The process tontrol was done with the statistical quality
control techniques. It was observed l ' 1 that both the process variability and
process mean of the four quality { 3 characteristics of the IEA (truck soap).
It is recommended that the company use ithis study for a more improved quality
of IEA truck soap products.
