Abstract The paper has attempted to investigate the present status of ICT pedagogical integration in teacher education curriculum in Nigeria. Threats to and prospects of the initiative were revealed to include administration and personnel laxity, poor amenities and poor teacher motivation. In order to properly situate pedagogy ICT integration, some strategies were finally recommended to include creation of special remuneration for teachers, provision of ICT accessories to mention a few.
