ABSTRACT ix Job consultancy services work towards bridging the gap between job seekers and employers by collecting vacancy information from employers and distributing this information with the needed application requirement to perception job applicant. This computer science research project is targeted towards connecting with both sets ofusers even further by providing an online platform where vacancies can easily be published by the employers forjob applicants to apply for. The software is designed with Hypertext Mark-up Language (HTML) for the graphical user interface, MYSQL for the database and PHP Language for connecting the user to the information in the database.
