ABSTRACT ix Cleaning is a necessity in every home and office between dusting windows and taking the trash out. The importance of having a clean living and working environment is important because it have an impact on mental health. Industrial cleaning relates to the maintenance of the warehouse, factory or power plant. It means cleaning industrial facilities which is one of our specialties at industrial Clean. The problem statement of this research focus on the flu season, humans usually fall ill if the spaces are not sanitized, unclean living and working environment normally effect mental health of people, some cleaning agents are dangerous to ■ human health, the spread of dirt and contaminants to oneself can kill, lives can be at stake if cleaning company does not have a good reputation. The project focuses on development of an industrial cleaner information management system that will be able to identify a good and quality sanitation and cleanliness activities. The objectives of this research are to develop a platform used for an automated industrial cleaner information management system, build a database structure used to store data, design a module that add new cleaning activity task, create a platform that displays cleaning activity. With this new system in place; it will provide benefit in avoiding the spread of dirt and contaminants. The application was realized through the adoption of primary and secondary sources of data collection which includes interview, observation, questionnaire, the internet, journals and Agile methodology. The study also adopts the use of PHP programming language in designing the system using Html as front end, PHP as back end and MySQL database.
