ABSTRACT
The volume of activities in the Nigeria economy have continually called for the efficient and effective management of her debt. Therefore, the study is focused on the implication and consequences of Nigeria external debt. The debt management office w is used as a case study. A general opinion based on sample .)observational experiment was used to measure the effectiveness of public opinion. It was disc ver ed that external debt management have a minimal impact on the Nigerian econorn" with efficient and effective management The major obiective of the study is to examine and evaluate the implications and consequences of external debt management. The methodology involved in the research was generally based on the instrument and the method of data collection by the use of questionnaire, personal interview and personal knowledge of the researcher.
