Evaluation Of LANS Development In Nigeria Universities Physics Prospects

ABSTRACT

 This project evaluates the level of development of computer networking in our Nigerian campuses, Especially the prospects in the area of the study of physics and allied sciences. Data was acquired through questionnaires and from the analysis carried out using the data, it is evident that Nigerian universities have not at all embraced computer networking. It is also evident that the mean number of LAN4Thtained from analysis per campus is too small. Thus the importance of LAN in the study of physics and allied sciences can be over-emphasized, be that as it may, campuses should endeavour to establish some LAN points on their environment, so as to better the lots of its teeming physicists and other scientists.
