ABSTRACT

 The study examines the economic effect ofmonetization policy on the public service ofNigeria economy, at Abia State Ministry ofFinance, Nigeria. A Taro Yemen’s sampling technique was • used to select 92 respondents ofwhich all copies (92) were correctlyfilled and returned through the questioner and descriptive and inferential percentage method and chi- square test of independent analysis was adopted. The computation ofthe result was done using the statistical packagesfor social sciences, SPSS version 25.0. The result shows that, monetization policy has the productivity ofpublic servants in Nigeria, at I Abia State Ministry ofFinance. Majority ofthe respondents strongly disagreed with the assert I that, government always or regularly pay the incentive as implemented by new approach to the public officers in the organization which means, they have not pay as promised which affect the public servants negatively.
