ABSTRACT

This study examines Inventory control and Cooperate performance using Nigeria Breweries Pic for study. There has been inefficiency and uncharted inconsistent to address challenges associated with Inventory control. The main objectives ofthis study is to assess the effect ofinventory Management on Corporate Performance ofFirms in Nigeria. The study employed ex-postfacto research design where data was sourced secondaryfrom annual reports ofNigeria Brewery thus this study is set to ascertain the relationship between Inventory Management and cooperate performance of Nigeria Breweries Firms ofNigeriafrom 2014 - 2018. It was surrogated by return of assets, firms’ turnover and profit before tax of a firm while cooperate performance was used as a parameters of measuring Inventory management. This study recommended amongst others that brewery firm’s management should emphasis on the proper inventory management techniques and measuring of efficiency deviations to identify weaknesses in the process of managing inventories.
