ABSTRACT Game result matrix system is a structured framework used to analyze and record outcomes in competitive scenarios such as sports, gaming, artificial intelligence, and decision-making processes. Game theory is a mathematical model that studies strategic interactions where players make decisions to maximize their payoffs. Game result matrix system is an extension of traditional payoff matrices, focusing on recording game outcomes and analyzing trends. The problem statement of this research focus on outcomes for available choices for players may result to losses of scores, there may be possibility of not winning any of those offered, people has the chance of not winning a prize. The project focuses on the development of the game result matrix system that would be able to track outcomes, assess player performance and strategizing future decision. The objectives of this research are to develop a platform for an automated game result matrix system, build a database structure used to store data, create a module used to login and add new athlete, design a platform that enter new delegates, integrate automated system that would be able to show athlete profile, design a platform that show all delegates, create a platform used to show final delegates and final result. The project was realized through the adoption of primary and secondary sources of data collection which includes interview, observation, questionnaire, the internet and journals. The research methodology used is waterfall model. Software is designed using Html, PHP and java script and MYSQL for the database. The results showed how the model can be applied to a diverse variety of game matrix and offers substantial cognitive benefits, making it a valuable addition to the digital gaming landscape
