ABSTRACT Customer relationship management systems centralize customer data, automate market!£ and sales processes, and facilitate communication to enhance customer satisfaction an1@ loyalty. A customer relationship management system is software used to manage interactions with current and potential customers. The problem statement of this research focus on the risk of errors in the management, lack of high accuracy in recognizing the best relations, lack of privacy and security, the ethical implications of data use, data privacy, integration with existing, data breach and unauthorized access lack of readily available support can hinder the successful implementation of the system and lack of user comfort and safety issues. The project focuses on the development of a customer relationship management system that ensures that businesses maximize their marketing efforts and relationship. The objectives of this research are to develop a platform for an automated customer relationship management system, create a module used to open admin dashboard, build a database structure used to store data, design a platform used to create account, integrate automated system that would be able to enter admin profile and customer profile, design a platform used to change password, create a platform used to manage user, design a platform used to view list of ticket and design a platform used to manage quote. The project was realized through the adoption of primary and secondary sources of data collection which includes interview, observation, questionnaire, the internet and journals. The application was realized through the adoption of Object Oriented Analysis and Design Methodology. In this work, the results are obtained by designing a system using Html and PHP. Database was designed using MySQL. The results showed that the advancements in technology ensures that businesses maximize their marketing efforts and relationship through effective planning, execution, and continuous optimization.
