ABSTRACT ix The developing a credit scoring information system has become integral in various fields, including healthcare, education, sports, and security. This type of system utilizes digital platforms to assess, evaluate, and monitor data more efficiently and accurately than traditional manual methods. Credit scoring information system can help in screening patients for early diagnosis by scoring risk factors and symptoms in real-time. In sports, it offers coaches and trainers quantitative data to evaluate athlete performance, reducing subjective assessments. The problem statements focus on the lack ofprivacy and security for user data, historical data can propagate biases, challenging due to compatibility issues, unfair treatment based on race, gender, age, or other demographic factors, difficult encounter in answering test and scoring from any location. The objectives ofthis research are to develop a platform for a credit scoring information system, build a database structure used to store information, design a platform use to login and register users, create a module for admin panel, design a platform that helps to start test profile, design a platform that helps for scoring test, design a platform that display all questions and design a platform that show scores. This research was realized through the adoption of primary and secondary sources of data collection which includes interview, observation, questionnaire, the internet, journals and the adoption of rapid application development. The system is implemented by using HTML, PHP, JavaScript and MySQL for the database.
