Determinant Of Sustainability Of Agribusiness Enterprises In Abia State

ABSTRACT

This study was on determinants of sustainability of agribusiness enterprises In Abia State, Nigeria, the study showed that the respondents were males, young, innovative and educated, primary data was used in the study and data were collected for 80 respondents chosen randomly from the multistage sampling technique used through the use of structure. The respondents were married indicating the availability of abundant family labour. The respondents were mainly involved in crop production and they adopted different sustainable strategies with increased productivity. Government should embark on massive enlightenment campaign on the benefit of sustainable strategies on agribusiness productivity and returns. Young and vibrate male should be encouraged to embark on farming and adopt sustainable strategies. This ensure the use of food security in the state, nation and income generation among farmers
