CHAPTER OBJECTIVES
By the end of this chapter, the reader should be able to:
1. Define an adolescent.
ii. Differentiate between adolescent and adolescence.
iii. Explain factors that predispose adolescent girls to motherhood, e.g. Teenage Pregnancy, early marriage.
iv. Explain the effects of teenage pregnancy on health, economy and psychology. v. Define adolescent motherhood.
vi. Discuss ten (10) areas of counseling for adolescent-mothers
