ABSTRACT The increasing demand for efficient and timely scheduling in duty assignments necessitates an innovative approach to managing call-up duties. This project presents the design and development of an Android-based system for call-up duties scheduling, utilizing Flutter and Dart for the mobile front-end, and PHP with MySQL for the backend server. The application streamlines the assignment and notification processes, providing real-time updates, duty details, and scheduling changes to users via a user-friendly mobile interface. The proposed system enhances communication between duty coordinators and personnel, reducing response times and eliminating the need for manual scheduling. By leveraging Flutter's cross-platform capabilities, the application ensures a consistent user experience on both Android and iOS. The backend, built with PHP and MySQL, efficiently manages and stores duty data, while ensuring data integrity and security. This solution addresses issues related to the accuracy and reliability of traditional scheduling systems, contributing to improved operational efficiency in organizations where timely duty deployment is crucial. Future iterations could include advanced features such as Al-based scheduling suggestions and integration with calendar apps further enhance functionality and user experience. The methodology adopted for this project is the Waterfall Model, it will be used as the software development life cycle (SDLC) approach for this project.
