ABSTRACT

This research project looked into the analysis of relationship between expenditure and turnover in star paper mill Ltd from (2002-2011). Data for this research were obtained from secondary source and were analyzed using correlation analysis and regression analysis. The study identifies the following as factors militating against the relationship between expenditure and turnover. This include using bad raw materials as input resulted in less outcome of any production, lack of capital, wrong choice of business etc. From the hypothesis conducted, from the regression analysis it confirmed that the data fit the model. From correlation analysis, there is a positive linear correlation between expenditure and turnover in star paper mill industry.
