ABSTRACT
This study
aimed to explain and clarify the important of using accounting information in
decision making process, to meet the requested administrative needs to
rationalize the administrative decisions of the company. The researcher in
collecting data depends on the primary sources and secondary sources, to
achieve the goals ofthe study and in answering its questions. Through this
approach they obtained the secondary data which formed the theoretical frame
for the study. Meanwhile the practical frame depended on questionnaire which
was designed for the subject goal. The study came to a group ofresults and
recommendations, which are related to explain the importance of using
accounting information in decision making process in the organization, and the
most important points, are: • There is a positive relationship between
accounting information and decision-making, ifthe accounting information is
correct the decision made is correct. • Errors found in the information leads
to errors in the decision to the detriment the interests ofthe company. •
Management knows the role of accounting information in the rationalization
ofthe decision making and accounting information affects the performance ofthe
organization, and the recommendations: • Administration must participate all
the departments in the decision-making process. • Regular meeting with staff
should be organized to disseminate information about the company and also
elicit feedback that helps to improve the company.
