ABSTRACT
The study is on examining the impact of electronic backing
in Nigeria system. The problem of the study, it is observed that customers
still form a long queue in most banking halls in Nigeria to transect their
banking business. It is also observed that Nigeria banks frequently have
network failures and may not have sufficient electronic banking infrastructure
that could enable uninterrupted electronic banking services delivery in the
country. The main objective of the study is to examine the extent to which security
of customer deposit affects banking operations of union banks for Africa. How
data was analyze using ordinary feast square. The reviewed that Africa, that
transaction reliability does signticantly affects banking operation. Findings
the study was carried out in order to examine the impact of electronic banking
in the Nigeria banking system with reference to united bank of Africa (UBA).
The general introductory aspect shade more light on the essential of electronic
banking. Many literature and academic publication from different authors in
electronic banking. Conclusion in the study the electronic banking services in
Nigeria has been critically investigated. The inherent problem in the operation
of e-banking have been identfled and possible solution recommendec4 As
concluding remarks, it is necessary to highlight the operation of e-banking
services in Nigeria is signflcation adequate. However there in need to expand
network services by increasing broadband in order to reduce the rate of network
failure. If this is done, it is believed that customers would see the e-banking
services are being reliable and they will have confident in the operation.
Therefore e-banking is a systematic scientfIc medium which enhances funds
mobilization for investments/payment on economic development of any economy.
Recommendation, it is recommended that banks should use fiber-optic cable in
the network system. The communication has a very high bandwidth. This would
reduce traffic problems in the network which invariably high speed of services
delivery. Basides, it is relatively difficult to break into such network
byfraudst.ers.
