Effect Of Human Resources Accounting On Organizational Performance (A Study Of 7up PLC)
ABSTRACT
The study investigated the Impact of unman resource accounting on the
performance of 7-up PLC. The major objectives of the study are to derermimine
the extent to which human resource expensed cost affects return on eqi.iity, to
deiermiiine the extent to which human resource expensed cost affects return on
(issels cimid to determine tile extent to which human resource expensed cost
qfJècts profit after tax. To achieve the objectives of the study, cx post facto
research design was adopted. The researcher adopted secondaiy data in getting
the required information. In testing the hypothesis Ordinary Least square
regression analysis was used. The findings in chapter four revealed that human
resource expensed cost has a sign/icanr effect on return on equity. The findings
/iriher revealed that human resource expensed cost has no significant e/jèci on
ic/urn on asset. The study recommended that 7-Up Nigeria I'lc need to
proactively pursue a strategic approach of human I? esources Accounting
Policies and invest in such policies in order to achieve sustainable competitive
advantage in tangible and intangible dimension.
