ABSTRACT

 This research work is on the industrial sector on economic growth in Nigeria. The main objective of this study is to empirically examine the impact of industrial sector on economic growth in Nigeria. This research work made use ofsecondary data which were obtaine fi om e Central bank ofNigeria Statistical Bulletin (2018). The data were collectedfor a pei io ojt irty seven years (1981-2018). The Ordinary Least Square Regression Technique was employed in the analysis of the data. It was found that industrial sector has significant impact on economic growth in Nigeria. Based on the findings, it was recommended that government throug its agencies should reduce the interest rate to encourage private investors and entrepreneurs to embark on investment which will enhance the economic growth ofNigeria.ABSTRACT This research work is on the industrial sector on economic growth in Nigeria.
