ABSTRACT
In a modern economy, there is
distinction between the surplus economic units and deficit economic units and
inconsequence a separation of the savings-investment money deposit banks, the
intermediating roles of the money-deposit banks places them in a position of
“trustees” of the saving of the widely dispered surplus economic units as well
as the determinants of the rate and shape of the economic development (Mather
1999). The techniques employed by bankers, in the intermediary function should
best provide them with the perfect knowledge of the outcome of such that fund
will be allocated to investment ill which the probability 1 and repayment in
certain.
