Evaluation Of The Impact Of Capital Market On Manufacturing Sector In Nigeria:- Onwuzuruigbo, Victor
ABSTRACT
The research
work was carried out in order to determine the impact of capital market on the
manufacturing sector. The research work was sectioned into five chapters.
Chapter I deals with introduction, statement of problem, objectives of the
study, research question, research hypothesis, scope and limitation of study.
Chapter 2 deals with the review of related literature. Chapter 3 deals with the
research methodology, the research was carried out using data collected from
the CBN statistical bulletin covering 15 years of study on capital market,
manufacturing sector and equity funding in order to ascertain the impact of
capital market on manufacturing sector, the researcher employ simple regression
analysis, the data were tested and analyzed in chapter four, the result shows
that equity funding have a significant impact on manufacturing sector, and in
chapter five, the researcher dealt with the summary of findings, conclusion,
and recommendation, in which one, he recommended that government agencies whose
duty is to oversee industrial growth and development should be more active and
functional.
