Availability And Accessibility Of Information Resources By Students In Tertiary Institution, A Case Study Of Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri:- Anosike Chiamaka B
ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study was to examine the
availability and accessibility of information resources by students in tertiary
institutions in federal polytechnic Nekede. The research design used was a
descriptive survey. The study population consisted of 45 staff of federal polytechnic
Nekede. The sample size for the study is 45, as the whole population was
enumerated.A Likert-four point rating scale were used as data collection
instruments. The rating scale was distributed techniques to 45 staff, all was
returned and used for analysis. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive
statistics of mean scores, frequency and percentage with the use of Statistical
Package for Social Sciences N" a" " D version 20.
