ABSTRACT

This project, Web-Based Population Census Data Collection and Management System, focuses on the design and development ofan online platform for collecting, storing, processing, and managing population census data efficiently. Traditional census methods often face challenges such as delays, human errors, high operational costs, and difficulties in real-time data processing. This system addresses these issues by leveraging modem web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, MySQL and deploying them through a user-friendly, secure, and scalable interface. The platform enables authorized officials to input, update, and retrieve census data seamlessly, while integrating features for data validation, report generation, and statistical analysis. The database component ensures structured data storage, supporting quick searches and retrievals. The adoption of this system is expected to enhance the accuracy, speed, and transparency of census operations while reducing logistical expenses. Ultimately, this innovation will strengthen decision-making processes in governance, planning, and resource allocation, aligning with global best practices in digital census management.
