A prison tracking system is basically a practice in the field of inmate search which involves monitoring of prisoners, especially a prison break in order to establish patterns of progression. For this study we are going to be considering the most recent prion outbreak of the 2023; which involves the recent outbreak in Nigerian prison by the unknown gunmen. The primary and key role of this tracking system is to predict, observe and minimize the harm caused by the prisoners that escaped from prison cause most of them might be harden criminals. This system make use of maduino zero to track any inmate that escapes from the prison yard and the way the system works is, any prisoner that enters the prison as an inmate his/her details will be taken and stored into the database, a device known as maduino zero will tightly fixed at the prisoners ankle which will enable the device send signal of the inmates location anytime he/she escapes from the correctional center. This system will make inmate tracking easy and without stress.
